Natalie has over 20 years experience in financial services operations, administration and management. Her role is to organise and oversee the daily operations of the business, working alongside the Managing Director.

Natalie has a hand in virtually every aspect of the business and will be tasked with ensuring it runs successfully, profitably and smoothly. 

She is responsible for ensuring that the business has the best working environment and processes.  She will also evaluate how the business operates and implement the necessary strategies, processes, procedures and policies with the relevant team members.
